Located in Washington, DC, the building is leased to the General Services Administration acting on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Bostonia Partners LLC was engaged as financial advisor and placement agent for the issuance of ESPC Trust Certificates, Series 2009. The $4,800,000 transaction consisted of the securitization of cash flow structure from energy cost savings derived from energy conservation measures implemented for the US Bureau of Prisons on Big Springs, TX. ECM projects included two wind power turbine generators, among others.
