Macy's CTL, Bergen County, NJ
Bostonia Global Securities LLC placed the debt on a fee simple interest in a build-to-suit office building and warehouse for Ba1/BBB- rated Macy’s Retail Holdings Inc. The 61,500 SF building is located on 7.7 acres in Bergen County, NJ and will be used for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade operations and storage. Bostonia arranged financing for the full term (25 years) of the lease, which has an absolute rent commencement date.
Walgreens 5-store Pool CTL
Bostonia Global Securities LLC structured a cross-collateralized/cross-defaulted 5-store pool CTL with Walgreens as the tenant. The stores are geographically diversified, have 25-year NNN leases, and fee simple ownership.
Army Lodging Fund, US Army Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command (FMWRC)
The Army Lodging Fund (ALF) is a non-appropriated fund instrumentality of the U.S. Department of Defense. Proceeds from the $205 million issuance of the notes will be used for the construction of the FMWRC Lodges at Fort Lee and Fort Benning and for general fund purposes. The notes are secured by the ALF and are not secured by appropriated funds or the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government.
