Securitization
A securitized loan is structured from the strength of the credit of the entity that is guaranteeing payments under a contract (i.e. PPA / lease / etc) rather than the value of the project. Securitization of investment grade cashflows tends to be the lowest cost of capital. Bostonia is versed in federal, municipal and corporate contract securitizations and has developed several unique transaction structures that have been executed in the capital markets.
