L. Richard Petracca III has over 25 years of sales and trading experience in the taxable fixed income and real estate capital markets. His experience includes marketing and distribution of credit tenant leases, structured lease obligations, and project loans of various corporate and government entities. Mr. Petracca’s prior associations include serving as Vice President at Legg Mason, partner at William Blair & Co., and Thomson McKinnon Securities. Rick holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from Penn State University, with a dual major in Economics and French. He attended l’Institut d’Etudes Francaises in Avignon, France and the Master of Business Administration program at Loyola University of Chicago.
