Nick Walker
Nick Walker is primarily responsible for sales and marketing of Bostonia’s primary market structured finance deals. Mr. Walker also focuses on new business development for the firm. In this capacity he works with owners and prospective owners of single tenant commercial property in the interest of arranging high leverage, low cost capital for these prospective borrowers.
Mr. Walker spent five years in institutional fixed income sales, most recently with Merrill Lynch in Boston, and two years in investment banking with Banc of America Securities in New York before coming to Bostonia in early 2010. Nick has a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
