Martin C. Mitsoff has over 25 years experience in law and finance. Mr. Mitsoff is experienced in corporate and municipal research, syndication, risk management, commercial mortgage securitization, real estate finance and international development. Mr. Mitsoff’s prior associations include serving as a managing director for fixed income research at Legg Mason and as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Mitsoff is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati, where he received a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree, magna cum laude, and The George Washington University, where he received a Master of Science degree in Finance with high honors as a Russell W. Ramsey Fellow. He has also attended the Indiana University School of Law.
