Our firm has enjoyed considerable success in providing financing to several sectors of the energy market, including commercial, municipal, and federal government transactions. We are capable of structuring capital for energy projects in varying phases of development, and are prepared to act as principal in certain circumstances by providing the project company with the necessary funds for the development and operation of both traditional and renewable energy projects. Additionally, we have the resources to evaluate new technologies, as well as the ability to utilize financings that involve renewable energy tax credits.

Furthermore, Bostonia is distinctively qualified to provide financings for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). Since 1998, we have provided an extensive array of unique ESPC financings. Bostonia remains very active with both the public and private sectors to speed implementation of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and assist our clients in fulfilling the nation’s goals of energy reduction. The government entities we have worked with include: the Department of Energy, the Veteran’s Administration, and the Department of Defense; who utilize a variety of authorities such as EPACT and Enhanced Use Leasing. We have also provided capital to a range of municipal, commercial and institutional energy projects.
